First graders enjoyed a study trip to the Maplewood Center! Students learned about the maple syrup making process and got to taste some of their sweet, delicious syrup!



Just a reminder: there is no school for Westview Schools on Friday, March 14th. We hope all our students enjoy the three-day weekend. We will see you all again on Monday, March 17th.


Meadowview’s Book Character Parade was a huge success! It was awesome to see staff and students dressed up as their favorite book characters!!







First graders celebrated the 120th day of school with a Glow Day! Students participated in many activities related to reading and writing numbers to 120, which is a first grade standard. It was a fun day celebrating 120 day of learning and growth!




Westview School Corporation is on a 2 hour delay, Monday, February 17, 2025. School will start with a 2 hour delay based on a Tuesday to Friday schedule.

Kindergarten students have been learning all about polar animals. Along with lots of hands on experiences, students have been studying nonfiction texts to learn facts about polar bears and penguins.

The things you learn in fourth grade! Jan 28 was International Lego Day, so the best way to remember the date was by building with Legos! Students learned some interesting Lego facts and built animals out of Legos.

Kindergarten students celebrated the 100th day of school by wearing “100th Day Hero” capes. Each student designed their own cape at home with a collection of 100 things. After participating in lots of fun learning for 100th day, they walked the red carpet to showcase their amazing designs to 1st and 2nd grade students.

Second graders ended their 3 states of matter unit with root beer floats. Students were able to observe a solid, liquid and gas in their cups. So fun to see the liquid fizz into a gas and then eat it all. Yum!!
