We are hiring an instructor for the Learn to Work program. This unique initiative connects students across all three LaGrange County schools with exposure to the manufacturing industry and hands-on skills right here in our community.
👉 What’s the role? This instructor will guide students in the Industrial Electrical Maintenance pathway, helping them gain hands-on experience with electrical systems, safety practices, troubleshooting, and the technical skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. They will also work directly with our industry partners to provide students with real-world learning opportunities and to strengthen the connection between education and local employers.
👉 Who can apply? We are specifically seeking candidates with an Industrial Electrical Maintenance background. A traditional teaching license is NOT required – industry professionals can qualify through a Workplace Specialist license; your experience and desire to mentor students matter most!

At the August 14th board meeting, the Westview School Board approved Jeslyn Lewton for the position of Director of Special Services. Jeslyn has been a part of Westview for 8 years, and we welcome her to the new leadership role. Westview is excited to see her professional growth and continue to make Westview a great place for all students.
